A "jane" of many trades, she specializes in human-computer interaction, interaction design, prototyping, web/graphic design, and various other technical skills that she uses to help improve the user experience. Her work in various industries, both private and public sector, has led to her growth and experience in regards to helping create usefulness and effective products.
Prior to working at HumanCentric, Antoinette was a Senior HF Engineer for both the Government (Intelligence sector) and BAE Systems (a top five Defense Contracting Firm). She also has several years experience working in both the telecommunication and insurance industries, spending multiple years at both Motorola and Allstate. She has experience incorporating various usability methods including formal usability testing, heuristic evaluations, interviews, surveys and focus groups. Though the majority of her work, thus far, has been centered around web/portal design; Antoinette is well-equipped and always eager to work on a range of other types of projects.
Antoinette graduated from DePaul University with a BS in Human-Computer Interaction (Summa Cum Lata) and is currently pursuing her MS in the same field.
