Jennifer is a Human Factors Specialist at HumanCentric. She specializes in augmented cognition, product design, testing and evaluation, and individual differences. Jennifer obtained a PhD in Applied Experimental Human Factors psychology and a MS in Modeling and Simulation with a focus on Human Systems from the University of Central Florida. She has a variety of professional and research interests including human-computer interaction, the impact of emotion on product design, and human performance in extreme environments.
Before joining HumanCentric, Jennifer designed and conducted numerous human factors studies for clients such as the Army Research Institute, Army Research Laboratory, Disney, IBM, Kodak, Motorola, and Whirlpool. Jennifer has been a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) since 2002.
