Jenny Urban
Bio
Jenny is a Senior Human Factors Specialist at HumanCentric. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University, where she focused on Human Computer Interaction, Information Systems, and Graphic Design. Jenny has nearly a decade of experience in user interface design, product design, and design management. When working on a project, she applies the user-centered design process to ensure user requirements are achieved. This includes user profiling, requirements gathering, competitive analysis, heuristic evaluation, and user testing.
Prior to joining HumanCentric, Jenny was a Principle Designer/Design Manager at Motorola where she led a team of thirteen designers. Her design accomplishments at Motorola span four different software platforms, where Jenny designed softkey interfaces, touch interfaces, unique product interfaces, and design strategies for Motorola's mobile devices.
