Bio

Jessica Phipps is an Associate User Experience Specialist at HumanCentric. She has experience transforming user needs into effective system interfaces, evaluating existing and prototype systems based on current user-centered design guidelines, conducting ethnographic research, administering structured interviews in formal and informal settings, and collecting, coding, and analyzing qualitative data.

Jessica graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Arts in Applied Anthropology with a minor in Psychology from North Carolina State University. She is also a member of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society.
