Bio

Nick's role at HumanCentric is a multi-faceted one. His broad background in support, sales, and process development, along with a high level of innate tech-savviness allows him to communicate with internal team members and external clients with almost universal understanding. He manages the Usability Lab facilities, as well as providing general tech support for assorted products around the office. He has worked closely with clients such as Intel, Dell, and Motorola.

Nick attended North Carolina State University before taking the plunge into the real world, and is currently pursuing his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification.
