Description
HumanCentric has been engaged by various groups within the FAA to perform five projects. Four of these projects involve designing web frameworks that contain human factors (and other) content that was previously in paper-only form. HumanCentric worked with our FAA clients to develop the graphic themes for these websites, the interaction design for the sites, and, in one case, provide extensive content expertise for HF-related material. In the other FAA project, which is ongoing, HumanCentric adapted a human error risk assessment method for use in the air traffic control (ATC) operations and maintenance environment.
