Description

iContact commissioned HumanCentric to evaluate two websites that are central to their business of helping organizations communicate with their customers and members via email, newsletters, and blogs. A team of human factors specialists conducted usability evaluations of both the iContact Publisher site, which organizations use to create and distribute content, and the iContact Community site, where users can read blogs and archived newsletters. Through this project, HumanCentric helped iContact understand how users interact with their sites and identify areas to focus on for future site revisions.
