Peiker Acustic
Description
Peiker Acustic, an automotive electronics and accessories manufacturer, contracted HumanCentric to create an attractive and easy-to-use quick-start guide to specify and illustrate how to connect an iPod® to Ford and Lincoln vehicles. HumanCentric and Peiker Acustic reviewed the functionality which included radio faceplate button mappings for navigating the iPod device once connected to the vehilce. HumanCentric helped Peiker Acustic create a task-based, simple explanation of the basic steps and illustrations of the connection. The quick start guide was packaged into an attractive booklet complete with effective graphics to illustrate how to connect and use the connection. Four quick-start guide concepts were developed, each with the goal of being an inviting and exciting description of Peiker Acustic's accessory. Final selections were made by Peiker Acustic and Ford Motor Company and can be currently found in Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
